Copper is an essential mineral in the body.  Its primary function is to help our bodies produce red blood cells.  Copper deficiency can be linked to neuropathy, especially if neuropathy is present before starting chemotherapy.  However, too much copper (toxicity) can also cause neuropathy.  It is strongly recommended that you ask your doctor to test your copper level  before starting this product. The standard reference range for copper in serum or plasma is between 60 and 120 ug/dL. If your value is below 70, take 1 cap per day, after food.
