Vitamin B6 is a key vitamin to maintain the health and wellness of our nervous system. A deficiency in vitamin B6 can damage the myelin sheath that surrounds and protects nerves, causing our nerves not to function properly. It's important to note that too much vitamin B6 (toxicity) can also cause neuropathy. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you ask your doctor to test your vitamin B6 level before starting on this product. The standard reference range for vitamin B6 is 5 - 50 µg/L. If your value is less than 15, take 1 tsp per day, with food.
